The vision of the Lord for Body of Christ Family Church is the same today and in this hour as it was on the day of His calling us into existence.
0
The vision for BOCFC is as each day passes becoming clearer and more vivid.
0
I Corinthians 13: 9-13
"For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.   But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.   When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.   For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: Now I know in part   But then shall I know even as also I am known.   And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity."
0
When the Lord called us to this walk with Him, He commissioned me "to show ( give vision ) my people how to be blessed".   We can attempt to write the vision on paper, but our lives are epistles ( letters ) read by men. The vision is living because we are alive in Him.   The Lord has given each one of us that which adjusts to life as it comes, it's called change .
0
2 Corinthians 3:18
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the spirit of the Lord."
0
Translating life onto paper can only be achieved by inspiration of Him who gives life.   We are careful to avoid being presumptuous or assuming that we see it all or know it all.   We are the vision of God to mankind, the revelation of Christ Jesus.   As we are under observation, Christ is being revealed more and more through our development and becoming more like Him.
0
I did not know when He said, "show my people how to be blessed", what I know now and by His grace I will know more in the future as we follow on.
0
To show or give vision means to do, for in doing means being who we are with action; alive.   Showing requires doing.   Showing gives an example and demands a response.   Showing and teaching produces change when it is captured and applied.   Showing and teaching are elements of transition; "of all that Jesus began to both do and to teach", Acts 1:1 .
0
Both showing ( vision ) and teaching are most important. Without showing, teaching is subjective to theory only. Without teaching, slavery to darkness will dominate in one's life. Teaching is for the saved.   Colossians 1: 26-28

Showing and teaching are keys to the Kingdom, producing education.   Everyone in the Body is responsible in God's production of life and development.   Your education begins the moment you give attention and hear.   John-8: 31-32

This Body has been given the mandate:

0

1.   To be worshippers of the Lord God.

Developing within each individual a personal experience and love for Christ, our Savior. To love the Lord is   the highest position of mankind's existence. The true worshippers are lovers of God.   There can be no worship of God without being in love with God.

Worship is the original intent of Almighty God for the beloved of His creation....His people.   Worship of the Lord cannot be methods of religious duty; worship is the ultimate expression of the heart. We all, as New Testament believers, have been given this most precious grace to increase the awareness of our Lord's presence by understanding that He is not only with us, but in us. As we live out our purpose of worship, it becomes attractive and reflects His glory in the earth and the inhibitors of the earth will earnestly desire the One whom we love.   Habakkuk 2:14

2.   To bring the family into its place in God and His purpose for the family in the earth.
The family is the institution by which God has designed to show forth His Glory in the earth.   The world's system is anti-Christ; therefore it's anti-family.   We have been given the charge:

to fight for the family and establish order where chaos may exist
to build up that which is torn down, discontent, broken, and in despair
to promote restoration and reconciliation in the family whether single or married
to bring fathers into their rightful place and equip them to be successful priest for their families or children
to bring the destruction of all generational curses that may exist in the family
to instill godly confidence in those who are single parents Malachi 4:6

3.   To break down the mind set of the religious traditions of man when it interferes with the move and will of God.   Mark 7: 9-13

to bring healing to those who have been spiritually wounded.   Luke 12: 41-46 *Traditions are good when the Lord is first, but can become idols when competing with God.

4.   To reflect the true image of Christ's church by destroying the influence of the spirit of racism, injustice, and prejudice.

to bring forth the truth of the Word of God concerning healing and forgiveness in the matters of ethical, social, economical, cultural, and linguistical differences.

to exhibit to all the picture of heaven, not only externally, but through the expression of the love of God one for another, displaying the beauty of diversity.   This can only be accomplished in the church of Jesus Christ.   Diverse, but not Divided.   "so they may be one even as we are one" St.John 17 (NLB)

"So we have stopped evaluating others by what the world thinks about them.   Once I mistakenly thought of Christ that way, as though He were merely a human being. How differently I think about Him now!   What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons.   They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone; a new life has begun!"  2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLB)

5.   To build up one's confidence in who they are in Christ through the Word of God.

Bringing confirmation to each individual of their unique identity in Christ and not in any other person, organization, or denomination.

6.   To utilize and maintain the gifts of Christ to His body (referred to as the five-fold ministry) Ephesians

7.

To equip and prepare the next generation to take the nations for Christ.

  raising up a godly seed;

teach and show them by being an example and imparting into them a genuine love for Christ; instilling in them a bold and courageous spirit to stand for Him against all controversy.   Isaiah..54:13

8.   To win souls for the Kingdom of Christ.

to reach out and restore the disenfranchised, down-trodden, and wounded (homeless and abused) showing forth the love of Christ;

to bring deliverance to the dejected, rejected, and the oppressed in life fulfilling the commission of Christ to the apostles, "Go".   Matthew 28

9.   To raise up prayer warriors, thereby establishing the will of God in the earth.   Matthew 6

10.   To assist every child of God to grow into the fullness of the measure of Christ.

Experiencing divine transformation from defeat to victory, advancing from glory to glory. 2 Corinthians 3

11.   To impact the nations for Christ

This enables the church to maintain an unselfish heart and see the world through God's vision, there is one church.

12.   To be a prophetic Body of Believers seeing and having God's vision for our lives.

13.   To capture and maintain an insatiable appetite and hunger for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Placing high priority on His word

to capture and maintain an insatiable appetite and hunger for the Lord Jesus Christ which can only be realized through the precious Holy Spirit, thereby bringing glory to our blessed Heavenly Father.   Matthew 5:6

We will pray that each person within the Body will realize that they are extremely valuable.

0

We will accomplish the will of God as we unite to destroy and eliminate the forces opposing the church.

0

With the creative ability of Christ, we will establish and keep unity and love for Him and one another.

0

We will experience the relationship that He so delightfully desires.

0

Working together in love as one, there will be an environment of magnetism with which the Holy Spirit will use as an instrument to draw to the Father's heart.

Habakkuk 2:2:   "And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it."
