John 4:23-24 says, “But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth”. This ministry is made up of a team of worshipers (Dancers, Flags, Ribbons, Tambourines, Drama, Mime and Steppers) leading praise, piercing the darkness, proclaiming victory and ushering in the presence of God. Our mission is to make way the flow of the spirit and to usher in the glory of our Lord.

This ministry of MIME was birthed by the Holy Spirit through Michael McGraw. Knowing that God has given to us numerous ways of expressing our love and worship of Him, the ministry of Mime was born through our youth ministry and as the Holy Spirit leads, is still growing and flourishing. The ministry of Mime has served as a powerful witnessing tool to all ages.

When the children of Israel were going to war, there was a certain order for the  procession. It was a joyous procession.  "Dancers" led, next were the "Praisers" (tambourines, flags, ribbons, etc), then were the "Banners & Ribbons", finally following were the soldiers or men of battle. Why were the dancers, praisers, and banners at the front? They led because the children of Israel wanted to defeat or conquer the demonic forces first. They also needed their minds to be "in tune" to the Spirit of God.
We, at BOCFC, take David's lead and example, and praise God with all our might!

As our name indicates, we are serious about the Praise and Worship of the Most High God.  So named by our pastor, Apostle Billy Grate, we are a group of singers dedicated and committed to leading our congregation into the very presence of God.  We encourage the congregation through our enthusiasm to join us with singing, dancing, and joyful celebration every Sunday morning as Body of Christ Family Church fellowship with each other and with the heavenly host.  Each service is a new experience as we allow ourselves to be led by the Holy Spirit into whatever God has for us for that service.

Sunday after Sunday, visitors, as well as our own members, attest to unforgettable experiences of God’s holiness and His presence as the Warriors of Judah sing and minister unto the Lord.

This experience has also been achieved on our first released CD entitled, “Rejoice”.  All CD songs are original and were written for the Warriors of Judah by our co-pastor, Pastor Thelma Grate.

Jonathan Herrera is the ordained Youth Pastor of Body of Christ Family Church and he is full of God's love. He and his wife, Ola, operate in the youth ministry entrusted to them by God. They have the privilege of working with a youth group called the C.O.R.E. (ranging from ages thirteen to eighteen). The C.O.R.E. stands for Centered On Reaching Everyone and they meet with their group every Wednesday night. Their primary focus is Jesus and they yearn to see young people of all ages come into a real, genuine, intimate, and exciting relationship with Him.

Jonathan was born in Texas and has lived here all of his life. He was raised in the Catholic religion. Ola was born in Hawaii and lived there for the first eleven years of her life. She professed to be an atheist before coming to know the Lord as her Savior. She and Jonathan met and fell in love when the Lord brought her to Texas. It was all part of God's plan! They both gave their lives to the Lord about five years ago. The Lord has moved quickly for them in their lives and they give all glory to God. Jonathan and Ola currently reside in Euless, Texas with their two children.

The Women's Ministry accentuates a strong commitment to family, church, and Christ – supporting one another in these areas. Fostering healthy relationships is also encouraged among the women with periodic prayer breakfasts, banquets, seminars, and various outings. Guest speakers are often brought in for the training and equipping of the women to be all that God has called us to be.

The Men's Ministry of Body Of Christ is dedicated to helping men be the godly men that God has called us to be. The focus is to prepare, teach and equip spiritual leaders for the last day’s harvest of souls. Most importantly is encouraging men to serve our families, and be a godly example to our wives and children.

The Audio/Video Ministry, has the responsibility of managing the operations of audio/video production and merchandising. Our team of servants operate a sound board, produce audio cassette tapes, CDs, and coordinate video production for special services. For each Sunday morning and Wednesday night, the sermons are recorded and available for sale on compact disk at the conclusion of service in its live state, otherwise recordings are taken and edited and mastered and are made available for purchase the following Sunday.

Strong healthy marriages mean strong healthy churches and communities. This ministry is a very significant part of the church whereby married couples are guided and encouraged toward healthy, growing and spiritual relationships with one another and with their children. Our motivation is that every marriage in the church would imitate our Lord Jesus and His relationship with His bride, the church.

The Holy Bible says, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature" (Mark 16:15 KJV). It is our firm belief that even the most hardened of criminals, or troubled youth offenders, can be touched and changed forever by the power and love of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. The mission of the Prison Ministry is to bring Christ's love and forgiveness to all incarcerated individuals.

Flames Of Fire ministers to single men and women as they travel through some of life's varying transitions. We endeavor to encourage spiritual growth and Christ-like principles and values to each participant. Our focus is to discover our true purpose in life through Bible studies that provide in-depth discussions into God’s Word and create connections with others. In addition, we have scheduled fun activities to help forge friendships and build stronger bonds in Christ.
